Jonathan Cuff: General Manager
Jonathan Cuff has over 25 years experience in the marine industry. After graduating from University in England Jonathan started work with Simpson Lawrence, at that time the UK’s biggest marine distributor. Jonathan worked with chandleries, boat yards and manufacturers all over the Westcountry and South Wales. In 1999 he left the UK and came to Cayman and started work at Harbour House Marina.

Alfredo Challenger: Assistant General Manager
As an integral part of the HHM team since 2000, Alfredo has mastered many roles at Harbour House Marina. As our Assistant General Manager, he oversees boat sales, upholstery services, and after-sales services. Alfredo takes pride in providing the utmost top-notch service and is there to ensure every customer experience is a great one.

Al Parsons: Boat Sales
Al has been in the marine trade since age 16 and has been with HHM nearly 20 years working through the ranks. He handles all of our boat sales and has a wealth of knowledge on the Boston Whaler and SeaRay brands.
Ranking in the top 5 dealers for Caribbean and Latin America for the past six years he is very enthusiastic about helping customers to get on the water with the boat that best suits them.

Jerremy Powery: Parts Manager
Jerremy first began working in the Marine Industry at Cayman Outboard Marine in the early 90’s as a Mechanical Assistant, where he gained vast knowledge of outboard engines.
He is certified for Mercury, Johnson & Evinrude Outboards, and also certified on Polaris Watercraft & ATVs.

Mark Rickman: Chief Technician
Hailing from Jamaica Mark has called Cayman & Harbour House Marina home for more than 15 years.
Mark is factory trained in both Honda and Mercury and is a graduate of the Marine Mechanics Institute. He has a wealth of practical experience with all manner of engine and technical issues.Mark leads a great team of fully trained and certified Honda and Mercury technicians.
Mark enjoys boating himself in his Hunter 37 sailboat and Sea Ray.
