Jonathan Cuff
General Manager
Jonathan Cuff has over 30 years experience in the marine industry. After graduating from University in England Jonathan started work with Simpson Lawrence, at that time the UK’s biggest marine distributor. Jonathan worked with chandleries, boat yards and manufacturers all over the Westcountry and South Wales. In 1999 he left the UK and came to Cayman and started work at Harbour House Marina.
Alfredo Challenger
Assistant General Manager
As an integral part of the HHM team since 2000, Alfredo has mastered many roles at Harbour House Marina. As our Assistant General Manager, he oversees boat sales, upholstery services, and after-sales services. Alfredo takes pride in providing the utmost top-notch service and is there to ensure every customer experience is a great one.
Al Parsons
Boat Sales
Al has been in the marine industry since the age of 16 and has spent over 20 years with HHM, working his way through the ranks. He manages all of our boat sales and brings extensive expertise in the Boston Whaler and SeaRay brands.
Consistently ranked among the top five dealers for the Caribbean and Latin America over the past twelve years, Al is passionate about helping customers find the perfect boat to enjoy life on the water.

Mark Rickman
Chief Technician
Mark is factory trained in both Honda and Mercury and is a graduate of the Marine Mechanics Institute. He has a wealth of practical experience with all manner of engine and technical issues.Mark leads a great team of fully trained and certified Honda and Mercury technicians. Mark enjoys boating himself in his Hunter 37 sailboat and Sea Ray.
